Our operation is 100% self-contained, powered by our own independent electricity and a 275-gallon fresh water system. Our Services

The Signature Reset is our foundational "Factory-Level Refresh." This isn't just a car wash; it is a surgical-level maintenance detail designed to bring your vehicle back to a clean, professional baseline. We utilize "Safe-Touch" methods to ensure your paint is never damaged by abrasive brushes or dirty sponges.
What’s Included:
EXTERIOR CARE:
- High-Gloss Foam Bath: A thick blanket of pH-neutral foam encapsulates and lifts dirt away from the paint.
- Safe-Touch Hand Wash: A meticulous two-bucket hand wash to prevent swirl marks and scratches.
- Deep Wheel & Tire Clean: We clean wheel faces, barrels, and wheel wells to remove corrosive brake dust.
- No-Sling Tire Dressing: Finished with a professional matte-satin dressing (no greasy spray on your fenders).
- Forced Air & Microfiber Dry: We blow out the mirrors and trim to prevent water drips, followed by a plush microfiber dry.

- Full Interior Vacuum: Thorough extraction of dirt and debris from carpets, mats, and seat crevices.

Signature Restoration (Deep Clean & Protection)
Description: The Signature Restoration is our most popular service, designed for vehicles that need a deeper level of care and long-term protection. Beyond a standard wash, this package focuses on removing embedded contaminants from your paint and "resetting" your interior using high-heat steam. If you want your car to look, feel, and smell like it just left the showroom, this is the package for you.
What’s Included:
EXTERIOR RESTORATION:
- Everything in the Signature Reset: (Foam bath, safe hand wash, and deep wheel cleaning).
- Mechanical Paint Decontamination (Clay Bar): We use a professional clay bar to pull out embedded "grit" (brake dust, rail dust, and environmental fallout) that a regular wash can't touch. This leaves your paint feeling smooth as glass.
- Iron Decontamination: A specialized chemical bath that dissolves iron particles from your paint and wheels, preventing rust and orange "pitting."
- 6-Month Ceramic Shield: We apply a high-grade ceramic-infused wax that provides superior UV protection, extreme water beading, and a deep, mirror-like gloss.
INTERIOR SANITIZATION:
- Full Interior Steam Clean: We use 212°F steam to deep-clean and sanitize your dashboard, console, and door panels. This kills bacteria and removes deep-seated grime in the texture of your plastics.
- Vent & Crevice Detail: Steam-cleaning the air vents and tight crevices to remove dust and odors at the source.
- UV Protection Treatment: All interior plastics are treated with a non-greasy UV blocker to prevent the Tennessee sun from fading or cracking your dash.
- Deep Carpet & Mat Scrub: A more aggressive agitation of the carpets to pull out deep-seated sand and dirt.

- Paint Condition: This package focuses on protection and shine. It does not include machine polishing for scratch/swirl removal.
- Interior Condition: This includes deep cleaning and steam sanitizing. While it significantly improves the appearance of seats/carpets, heavy stain extraction or severe pet hair removal may require an additional surcharge.
The Showroom Transformation (The Ultimate Overhaul)
Description: Our elite-tier service designed for the owner who refuses to settle for anything less than perfection. The Showroom Transformation is an all-day, top-to-bottom restoration that addresses the vehicle’s paint, engine, and deep interior fibers. This package is specifically designed to maximize your vehicle’s resale value and aesthetic appeal by reversing years of wear and tear.
What’s Included:
EXTERIOR TRANSFORMATION:
- Everything in the Restoration Package: (Foam bath, Iron decon, and Clay bar treatment)
- Machine Polish: We use professional machine polishers to remove light to moderate swirl marks, "spider-webbing," and minor to moderate surface scratches. This restores the deep "depth" of your paint and provides a mirror-like reflection.
- Trim Restoration: Deep clean the trim and apply a ceramic-based trim restorer (not just a "shine" spray) that lasts for months.
- Full Engine Bay Detail: We safely degrease, steam-clean, and protect your engine compartment. This not only looks incredible but helps identify leaks and improves heat dissipation.
- 12-Month Premium Protection: An upgraded, ultra-durable paint sealant. high-end ceramic for year-round protection against the elements.
INTERIOR OVERHAUL:
- Hot-Water Carpet & Seat Extraction: We use industrial-grade hot water extractors to "shampoo" your upholstery. This pulls deep-seated stains, odors, and years of grime out of the fabric fibers.
- Leather Deep Clean & Condition: (If applicable) Leather surfaces are gently scrubbed to remove body oils and then treated with a premium conditioner to restore suppleness and prevent cracking.
- Headliner Spot Cleaning: Careful removal of scuffs or stains from the ceiling of the vehicle.
- Odor Neutralization: A full interior treatment to eliminate stubborn smells at a molecular level.

Maintenance program

Our Maintenance Program is designed exclusively for clients who have already had their vehicles "Restored" or "Transformed" by us. Since your vehicle is already protected, these recurring visits focus on removing road grime and interior dust before they can settle, ensuring your truck stays in showroom condition year-round.

The Maintenance Package Includes:

Exterior: pH-neutral "Safe-Touch" foam bath and hand wash.
Wheels: Deep clean of wheels, tires, and wheel wells + no-sling dressing.
Drying: Forced air and plush microfiber dry to prevent water spots.
Interior: Thorough vacuum of carpets, mats, and seats.
Surfaces: Surgical wipe-down of the dashboard, console, and door panels.
Glass: Streak-free cleaning of all interior and exterior windows.

Multi-Stage Polish: ($300-$1000)
A Multi-Stage Polish often called “Paint Correction” is the ultimate level of paint restoration. Unlike a single-stage polish that just boosts gloss, this is a surgical two-to-three-step process designed to remove deep imperfections and restore the paint to a mirror-like finish.
Single-Stage Polish:($150-$550)
The Single-Stage Polish or "One-Step" is a professional machine-polishing service designed to bridge the gap between a standard wax and full paint restoration. We use a specialized finishing polish and foam pad to remove light "spider-web" swirl marks, hazing, and minor oxidation.

Trim Restoration: ($50-$150)
Over time, UV exposure and road chemicals "leach" the essential oils out of your vehicle's plastic trim, leaving it gray, chalky, and brittle. Our Trim Restoration service utilizes professional-grade ceramic dyes and restorers that penetrate deep into the pores of the plastic.

Engine Bay Detail: ($75)
The engine bay is often the most neglected part of a vehicle, accumulating grease, road salt, and heat-trapping grime. Our Engine Bay Detail is a safe, controlled cleaning process designed to restore your engine bay appearance.

Discounts!

While On-Site Overhaul is built for mobile convenience, we offer a "Shop Credit" for clients who choose to bring their vehicles to our private detailing studio. Since this reduces our travel time and fuel costs, we pass those savings directly to you. This CAN be combined with the new customer discount!

Your Drop-Off Savings:

Studio Guidelines: To ensure we can provide this credit while maintaining a focused work environment, please note the following:

Residential Studio: Our shop is located at our private residence. To respect the privacy of our home and neighbors, all drop-offs and pick-ups must be scheduled in advance.
No On-Site Waiting: We do not have a public waiting room, restroom, or lounge.
Transportation: We do not offer shuttle services or loaner vehicles. Please arrange for a secondary ride at the time of drop-off.
Notification: We will provide you with a "ready for pick-up" text notification 30 minutes prior to the completion of your service.

Fine-Print

1. Service Quality & Expectations

Maintenance Focus: The Signature Reset is a maintenance service and does not include deep stain removal, heavy pet hair extraction, or paint correction.
Declutter Fee: We ask that all personal items and trash be removed from the vehicle prior to your appointment. If our team must spend time clearing out personal belongings, a $25 Declutter Fee will be automatically added to the final invoice.
Condition Surcharge: Vehicles with excessive pet hair, mold, or biohazards may be subject to additional labor fees. You will be notified of any surcharges before work begins.

4. Mobile Service Requirements

Access: We are 100% self-contained with water and power, but we require a safe workspace (driveway or parking lot) to operate our equipment.
Weather Policy: If heavy rain, high winds, or extreme temperatures prevent us from delivering professional results, we will contact you to reschedule for the next available opening.
To ensure a high-quality, streak-free finish, On-Site Overhaul requires a paved surface (concrete or asphalt) for all mobile services. We cannot perform details on dirt or gravel pads, as the water runoff creates mud and dust that will re-contaminate the vehicle during the cleaning process. If a paved surface is unavailable, please ask about our Stationary Service Credit for vehicle drop-offs!

7. Warranty & Sealant Policy

Notice: At On-Site Overhaul, we use professional-grade sealants and protectants designed for maximum durability. However, we do not offer a warranty on the longevity of these products once the vehicle leaves our care. Because environmental factors, driving conditions, and after-care methods (such as high-pH tunnel washes) are beyond our control.

2. Deposit & Booking Policy
- Required Deposit: A non-refundable $50 deposit is required to secure all bookings. This deposit will be applied toward your total service balance.
- Deposit Payment: There are no convenience fees applied to your initial deposit.
- Cancellation/Rescheduling: We require at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule. If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice or "no-show," your deposit is forfeited.

5. Private Studio (Drop-Off) Policy

Residential Studio: Our shop is a private residential studio. Drop-offs are by appointment only.
No On-Site Waiting: We do not provide a waiting area, restroom, or shuttle service. Please arrange for a secondary ride at the time of drop-off.
Pick-Up: Vehicles must be picked up within 2 hours of completion. We are not responsible for vehicles left overnight. unless previously noted and talked about. (A $50 daily storage fee if vehicle is ignored or abandoned.)

8. Water & Power Access (Mobile Specific)

Even though you have your 275-gallon tote and generator, it's good to have this in writing just in case your rig has a technical issue.

Utility Access: While our mobile unit is fully self-contained with water and power, in the event of equipment failure, we may request access to a standard 120V outlet or an exterior water spigot to complete the service.

3. Payment Options & Fees

Accepted Payments: We accept Cash, Venmo, and all major Credit/Debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover) via our Square terminal.
Convenience Fee: A 3% convenience fee will be applied to the final balance for all card and Venmo payments.
Invoicing: Final payment is due immediately upon completion of the service.

6. Liability & Personal Items

Valuables: On-Site Overhaul is not responsible for lost or damaged personal items, electronics, or firearms. Please ensure these are removed from the vehicle before service.
Pre-Existing Damage: We perform a thorough walk-around before starting. On-Site Overhaul is not liable for pre-existing mechanical issues, electrical faults, or damaged clear coats.
